Five Decades of Hands-On Work
Joe learned the trades the old way — on job sites, with his hands, alongside people who expected the work to be right the first time. By 19 he was running his own company. By 1985 he had put down roots on the Mendocino coast and founded Riboli & Son's, the company that has served Point Arena and the Highway 1 corridor ever since.
That kind of experience shows up in the details: how a shower is waterproofed, how an addition ties into an existing roofline, how a job gets sequenced so a family can keep living in their house while the work gets done.
Built for Coastal Homes
Coastal construction is its own discipline. Salt air corrodes hardware, fog keeps everything damp, wind finds every gap in flashing, and material deliveries down Highway 1 take planning.
