General Contractor in Gualala, California

Gualala is the commercial hub of the south Mendocino coast, about twenty-five miles down Highway 1 from our Point Arena shop, and it is one of the areas we work in most. Between the ridge subdivisions above town, the river-mouth homes, and the older cottages closer to the highway, there is a wide mix of building types and ages here.

Bathroom remodels and additions make up most of our Gualala work. Many homes here were built in the 1970s and 80s as weekend places and later became full-time residences — which usually means an undersized bathroom, a kitchen that never got finished properly, and a deck that has been recoated one too many times.

Being twenty-five minutes up the road matters. We can get to Gualala the same week for an estimate, and we are here for warranty and follow-up work instead of disappearing back over the hill.
